One-man Shows
I developed a repertory of one-man productions (see the pictures below) to be performed at small gatherings such as clubs, libraries, classrooms and dinner theaters. They are meant to bring to life for audiences the personalities and stories of people - real and fictional - who have had an impact on my life. Enjoy this video sampler featuring short clips from each of my five one-man shows.

Stage Acting
My first real theater experience was playing the part of Judas for a three week run of “Godspell.” The magic of acting has never diminished from that time to this and since then I have played over 50-roles in numerous venues. I try to answer some frequently-asked questions about my involvement with theater in a Q & A session which you can visit by clicking the button below.
Directing/Coaching
For many people the transition from acting directing is a natural one, and so it was for me, maybe especially because of my earlier career as a teacher. Directing plays gives me greater latitude to shape the entire performance more than I have as an individual actor, and mentoring others provides great satisfaction. I have found a deep passion for putting plays together with all that is involved with set design, lighting, sound, props, costumes, and working with actors in a community of dedicated artists. I’ve directed a variety of plays including the musical “1776,” “The Graduate”, “A Few Good Men,” and “Steel Magnolias.”
